Roy Timor-Rousso

Roy Timor-Rousso is the General Manager of fring Alliance. Part of the original fring development team when the company was founded in 2006, leaving only to comeback at the Board’s request to became CEO of the company in 2011, and sold the company to GENBAND in 2013. In 2014, he led product development for fring, including rolling out highly successful white-labeled solutions for a number of mobile operators. This led to the creation of the fring Alliance in 2015, an industry-wide initiative to bring together Communications Service Providers to compete with independent Over-the-Top applications leveraging their collective assets, namely billions of subscribers connected to their networks. He has two decades of experience in business development, marketing and product marketing for both startup and publicly traded companies across consumer tech, internet and telecom industries. Before returning to fring, he served as the Vice President of Marketing at Inneractive, Zlango and ran product and marketing operations at Comverse, Nuance, and NEC Europe. Mr. Timor-Rousso is a summa cum laude MBA graduate of Ecole Superior de Gestion in Paris, France and has an MA in Strategy and Warfare from Bar Ilan University. You can reach Roy on fring’s network.
